Prize 4 - DCF Infrastructure Prize

Context:

The Decentralized Cooperation Foundation (DCF) efforts include grant-making, community support, advocacy and evangelism for the Agoric network. We’re particularly interested in helping builders with strong backgrounds in Web1 and Web2 norms move forward to Web3. At our founding, we are emphasizing Agoric’s proof-of-stake chain and the Cosmos-focused IBC environment. Engagement with — along with the stimulation of — those ecosystems is our purpose. As time passes, we will expand our purview to provide support for tech on other chains, and even for non-blockchain ecosystems.

Description:

The Decentralized Cooperation Foundation is sponsoring a prize for the project that has the most potential to contribute positively to the growth, security or resilience of the network and the ecosystem. The criteria here is open-ended, but bounded by the requirement that the project is a public good, that is, the project is a good or a service that benefits the well-being of the ecosystem as a whole.
